Chris has worked in the entertainment industry for 18 years now in various capacities. He started as a stage technician at the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford, and worked there till he went on tour with the International tour of 42nd Street as a Technical Assistant Stage Manager. From then on he has worked on various tours and live events Internationally as ASM, Stage Manager,Technical Stage Manager, Tour Manager, Tech Swing, Event Manager, Sound No2, 3D Projection Technician, SFX Tech, Wingman, Production Carpenter, Production Manager, and even a stint as a Ring Master with the Chinese Circus. Currently Chris is Head of Specialist Projects at J & C Joels Ltd.

 

Chris has also worked on various TV productions for the BBC and ITV in Props & Scenic Production departments. For the last 5 years Chris has worked as a Freelance Production Manager on various shows, live events & pantomimes, overseeing the whole production and being involved in bringing productions from initial ideas right through to the opening of a new show!

Chris always likes to keep himself busy, so when he is not involved in co-ordinating on set productions, he can be found building his own house extension and DIY. In addition, Chris enjoys spending family time with his wife and young daughter, sharing his creative vision and zest for life.
