My own personal experience of dealing with relationships in both my personal life and career taught me some important lessons; firstly I needed to be aware of my environment and who I am, and that my actions, thoughts, words had led to the life I was leading.
At that point, I wasn't happy and ended up in therapy. Thankfully, I was introduced to a personal development mentor who provided me with hope that I could re-set and re-start my life again". - Pamela Keeley
